Town of Jackson Seeks Public Art Proposals for Gregory Lane
Jackson Hole Public Art and the Town of Jackson are pleased to announce a Call for Public Art Proposals as part of the Gregory Lane Complete Street Project, a long-anticipated community investment that will improve safety, connectivity, infrastructure, and neighborhood character.
As part of the Complete Street improvements, the Town is seeking artists to propose site-specific public artworks that enhance pedestrian safety, reinforce neighborhood identity, and support the overall functionality and add continuity to the corridor. Given the constrained nature of Gregory Lane, it is strongly suggested that artists consider hanging the artwork from the lamp posts on the street.
Eligibility and Guidelines
Budget: 3 Artists will receive $500 to develop and present a site-specific concept.
Final Design development ($2,000 for one artist).
